Our hall is tidy and beautifully located in North Hermosa Beach on Valley Drive, It is perfect for weddings and parties and features new tables and chairs, The hall has ample parking and will seat 150 people maximum.
We have a full industrial kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an entry hall (or vestibule)
on the East entrance side.
On the backside is a beautiful public park featuring nearby BBQ areas, an ampitheater, park tables with benches, a large kids playground, basketball court and soccer field.

Rates: We offer Non-Profit Pricing & Business meeting, daytime events pricing upon request.
Standard Pricing for parties and events :
Friday 10am to 11PM $1400 + $125 for (5hrs) security if alcohol served
Saturday 8am-11pm, $1800+ $125 (5hrs) for security if alcohol served
Sunday 8am-10pm, $1100+ $125 (5hrs) for security if alcohol served
We have some room for weekly or bi-weekly meetings Monday-Friday.
Comes with table and chairs, industrial kitchen, and AC/Heat.
No catering available, you must bring all food and beverages.
