PROGRAM:.Jack Belasco and wife Pat Woolley shared their wonderful film about Venice, Italy, entitled "Tales of Love in a Gondola".  It showed the beautiful narrow canals, low bridges and gorgeous scenery.  It told the story of the gondolier and his love for Venice and that love goes well in Venice.  Said he met his wife when he was 5, didn't look any further for a wife, and has been married for 40 years.  The photography, the message and the beauty of the city of Venice and the romance of the gondolas really makes you want to go visit. They are going back in October and we're looking forward to the next movie.  Thanks Jack and Pat for sharing!

AD HOC ADDITIONAL PROGRAM:  Ian's friend Tim Blevins was coerced into a brief aria from Figaro followed by an incredible a capella rendition of Old Man River.  His beautiful baritone voice sent shivers - quite amazing.  He will be performing June 14 at 8pm at the Peninsula Community Church, 5640 Crestridge, Rd., RPV - Ticket $15 - Call 374-7913 or 326-7599.  Tim will also be performing with Ian at the Performing Arts Center in RB in August.
