STARTERS: Prez Rick opened today's meeting #3,907.  We all sang God Bless America, Carson Prez Everett McKinney led the pledge, and Merle prayed.

GUESTS: Sam's wife Ann Cummings, Circle K President Diana Diab and Carson Kiwanis interclubbers Everett McKinney, Harold Williams, Pat Brown, Shirley Green, Bob Richards and Jackie Acosta.  Greg's guests included speaker Denny Cologna and friend Mike.

BIRTHDAYS/ANNIVERSARIES:

No member birthdays, so we did a “GREAT” rendition of Happy Anniversary for Carson's Past President Jackie Acosta's parents.

DRINK DISPENSER/FINK/OTHER FINES: Whit caught Howie, Carla and Cary and took a shot at several guests.  Fink Dick McCurdy tried to change the fink rules to nail Whit, Cary and Terry.

HEALTH UPDATE: Harry Smith is still at LCOM Hospital (Intensive Care Unit - Room 211).  A card was passed around.   Keep Harry in your thoughts and prayers.  He's not doing very well right now.  Also don't forget all our other members who are ailing and/or recuperating.  CONTRIBUTION:  John McCormack from the Hermosa Arts Foundation accepted our check for $4,950 for our use of the Community Center lawn for our Christmas Tree Lot.  They support art and leisure activities in Hermosa and help maintain the Community Center.
