Committees
In order to carry out all the projects that our club is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

| International Relations Chair Mickey McRae | Self explanatory...Kiwanis is an International Foundation beginning in 1916 with incorporating Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Then in 1962 it became a world wide expansion. We have partnered with Hermosa Beach Sister City Association and Loreto, Baja California Sur, Mexico by hosting a day in the park every year for the student exchange kids picnic among many other things! We also respond to disasters, both domestic and international. This committee also responds with funding after National and International disasters. | |
| Major Emphasis Chair Deloris Gantner | The Major Emphasis Committee's function is to support Kiwanis International and to support Cal Nev Ha district programs to prevent and treat pediatric trauma. A certain portion of our fundraising is dedicated to these programs. Currently we also actively support local and regional charities working on problems of child homelessness, delinquency prevention, cancer and Crohns & Colitis disease. | |

| Tree Lot | This is our "Standing Committee" which is our #1 major fundraiser that allows us to be the club we are and give back immensely to the community and children of the world. | |
| Youth Services Chair Cathy McCurdy | Reaching out to Youth organizations whether they are in our community or not, we listen and take in all requests and work our hardest to fulfill the needs |
